Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained in the bid documents, for improvements to the Crater Lake-Klamath Regional Airport, Klamath Falls, Oregon, AIP Project No. 3-41-0030-047/048-2024 will be received by the City of Klamath Falls City Recorder at the Administrative Office located at City Hall, 500 Klamath Avenue, Klamath Falls, Oregon until May 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Project work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: bituminous pavement reconstruction, bituminous pavement mill and inlay, drainage structures, underdrain, airfield lighting conduit, cable, airfield guidance signs, and airfield lighting fixtures.
Pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, in the Airport Administration Office at the Crater Lake-Klamath Regional Airport, located at 3000 Airport Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603. SOUTH 6TH STREET BOOSTER PUMP STATION AND PIPELINE UPGRADE:
The City of Klamath Falls is seeking a qualified consultant or consultants to perform professional design services for the South 6th Street Booster Pump Station and associated water line improvements. The new South 6th Street Booster Station will be located in a new created parcel near the Klamath County Fairgrounds property. Design proposals shall be based on the City's desire to phase an increase to storage capacity ranging from 3 to 10 million gallons.

326524 AIRPORT FBO HANGAR WEST ROOF OVERLAY PROJECT
Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to: Overlay the existing 30,400 square foot roof on large unheated aircraft hangar with a 60mil reinforced EPDM roof system. The job consists of two separate roofs; the upper roof is approximately 100' x 200' and the lower roof is approximately 52' x 200', both are BUR roof system. The upper roof features two clerestory roofs with composite shingle roofing which are also to be overlaid.
Work to be completed by November 30, 2024.
