The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) wishes to hire a qualified consultant to develop a Land Use Master Plan for an approximately 800 acre parcel of municipal lands in the area of No Name Mountain and Granite Creek Basin in Sitka, Alaska

The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is seeking to hire a qualified firm or individual to develop new marketing and promotional material for the recently renovated Harrigan Centennial Hall facility. Proposers should be experienced in developing integrated marketing solutions through compelling messages and graphic design that can be communicated across multiple mediums. The proposer will promote and market Harrigan Centennial Hall to aggressively generate bookings to create local, national and international demand for the facility. The design, copy and graphics of all materials created by the selected Proposer must enhance market recognition and position Harrigan Centennial Hall as a top contender in the market place.

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary for the Davidoff Street Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The project includes construction of all storm drain, AC pavement and other ancillary items required to complete the work.

To provide an hourly rate for a fully operated front end loader, road grader or a truck mounted plow suitable for snow removal at the School & Harbor Parking Lots.

To provide all labor and equipment necessary to perform Transmission and Distribution line maintenance on CBS owned overhead and underground energized power lines, utility poles and related infrastructure.
