The project consists of the widening of Bale Kenyon Road including grading, drainage, retaining walls, and the addition of a shared use path. The project also replaces an existing single span steel beam bridge and an existing twin cell concrete culvert. Both structures will be replaced with precast concrete box culverts.

DEL CR 13-4.04 Worthington-Big Walnut Intersection Project - Delaware County
The project includes roadway widening and realignment of Big Walnut Road and turn lanes at the intersection of Big Walnut and Worthington Roads. There will be a new traffic signal installed, culvert and storm sewer installation and upgrades.
