The Construction of approximately 3,100 feet of parallel force mains (18" and 12" in diameter). The proposed force mains will connect to the existing Slack Road sanitary force mains at Liberty Road and run along US 42, with a final outlet location at South Sandusky Street. The existing Slack Road Sanitary Force Main north of this point will be plugged and removed from service.

Remodeling of a generator room at the city of Delaware's wastewater plant to an office space and bathroom.

This project consists of improvements to the US 36/Carson Farms Blvd./Valleyside Dr. intersection. The plan consists of installing a new traffic signal utilizing mast arm signal supports. The plan also includes the installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps at each corner of the intersection, along with shared use path and concrete walk.

This project includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, and curbs at various locations throughout the City of Delaware.

The City of Delaware will be receiving bids until September 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time, for the 2024 City of Delaware Custodial Services Contract.
