Cleveland Massillon Rd. Part 1 – The work within the limits of this 1.44 mile resurfacing and shoulder widening improvement project. Work includes planing of existing asphalt concrete wearing course, repair of deteriorated flexible and rigid base, paved shoulder widening (including through the rock-cut section), asphalt overlay and other miscellenous work.
Cleveland Massillon Rd. Paart 2 – Existing roadway to be milled and overlayed from 400 feet north of Minor Rd. to the east leg of Ridgewood Rd, omitting the 640-foot portion previously improved at Copley Circle and the Railroad Crossing. Substandard shoulders will be restored and improved where possible. Replacement of existing storm sewers and catch basins along Cleveland-Massillon Rd. and the reconstruction of existing driveways as needed. Project length is 1.81 miles.
