THIS WORK CONSISTS OF REMOVING AND REPLACING APPROXIMATELY 50 FT OF 24" TRIPLE BARREL CMP STORM PIPE. REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE STORM PIPE WILL INCLUDE REMOVAL OF A TRAFFIC ISLAND, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF FULL DEPTH ASPHALT PAVEMENT, AND REMOVE AND REPLACE CONCRETE HEADWALL. AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE 50 FT SECTION, THE INTENT IS TO STRUCTURAL LINE 800 FT OF THE 24" TRIPLE BARREL CMP WITH A CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINER (CIPP).

WORK CONSISTS OF REMOVING EXISTING PAVER SIDEWALK AND REPLACING WITH A 5.5' WIDE ADA COMPLIANT CONCRETE SIDEWALK. WORK INLCUDES REMOVAL AND REPLACE OF SOME TYPE 6 CURB, STORM WATER INLET RECONSTRUCTION AS NEEDED.

The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable General Contractor to perform a partial Locker Room Renovation, Located at 4343 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. Base Bid includes interior modifications to remove an existing whirlpool adjacent to the Center’s main locker rooms. In place of the whirlpool, saunas and cold showers will be installed. Minor work to be completed within the locker room areas. These renovations will also involve necessary updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new layouts and ensure efficient operation of the center. Add and Deduct Alternates includes keeping existing interior storefront walls, custom millwork benches, and demolition of existing equipment in whirlpool support areas in the basement of the building. This project is estimated to cost between $400,000 and $500,000.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO UPGRADE THE EXISTING INTERSECTION BY REPLACING THE MAST ARMS, POLES, TRAFFIC SIGNALS, LIGHTING, AND OVERHEAD SIGNAGE. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF NEW MONUMENT SIGNAGE WITHIN THE EAST AND WEST MEDIAN ISLANDS.

THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF A FULL CIRCUMFERENTIAL STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION LINING OF A 72" X 108" OVAL CMP STORM WATER PIPE, A 42" CMP STORM WATER PIPE, AND A 54" CMP STORM WATER PIPE.
