The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable construction company to perform structural repairs on the Blue Ash Historic Hunt House. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope within the attached RFP.

This project replaces the signalized intersections of Plainfield Road and Hunt Road, and Plainfield Road and Peppermill Lane, and the unsignalized intersection of Hunt Road and the west Kroger entrance with single and multi-lane roundabouts.

The project consists of various small infrastructure projects including, installs of curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm water inlets and conduit. The work will take place in multiple locations within the City of Blue Ash, Ohio.

It is the intent of this proposal that bids are submitted for residential curbside solid waste collection, yard waste collection, trash collection, and disposal service; residential curbside recycling collection and processing service; front-load and roll-off waste collection and disposal service; drop-off recycling service and processing; and special events services for residential and other users within the corporate limits of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, being more specifically defined within this proposal.

The project consists of the repair of bridges by removing loose or delaminated concrete from the surfaces, replacing with reinforcing steel and concrete patches.
