The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable HVAC Company to perform an Air Handling Unit Replacement, Located at 4433 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages.
This project is estimated to cost $100,000.
Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders.
