REED HARTMAN HWY PIPE RELINE DESIGN/BUILD
The City of Blue Ash is requesting proposals to provide design-build services for relining approximately 225 FT of an existing 108" multiplate storm pipe under Reed Hartman Highway, just south of Osborne Boulevard.
Two (2) submittals will be required for this project. The Qualification Packet shall be received by email to wdavis@blueash.com by 12:00 PM local time on Monday, April 20, 2023. The Cost Proposal shall be received by Bid Express website by 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, May 4, 2023.

City of Blue Ash Service Garage Roof Replacement
The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable roofing company to perform a roof replacement on the approximate 60,000 square foot, Blue Ash Service Garage Located at 6131 Interstate Circle, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages.
This project is estimated to cost $500,000.00.

2023 Blue Ash Bridge Electric Project
Work for this project includes installation and application of lighting and electric. The Ohio 126 Bridge underpass along Kenwood Road will be (painted by others prior to your contracted work) retrofitted with lighting to create a gateway feature as drivers and pedestrians enter and exit the southern portion of Blue Ash. This work also includes, but is not limited to adding power receptacles, power switches, conduit, wire, lighting, power stations, and panels in two other key locations where hardscapes and landscapes will be performed by others along the Kenwood corridor.

2023 Blue Ash Bridge Paint Project
Work for this project includes the application of decorative paint to concrete bridge columns. The Ohio 126 Bridge underpass along Kenwood Road in Blue Ash will be painted (and retrofitted with lighting by others) to create a gateway feature as drivers and pedestrians enter and exit the southern portion of Blue Ash. It is anticipated the painting work on the bridge will take place prior to a separate electric contract that will add lighting to the bridge. The City will work to coordinate between the two Contracts.
