The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of various city streets for an estimated total of 250,000 Square Yards of milling and 21,000 Tons of HMA Asphalt. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt pavement, placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications.
