CMAR Green Line Riverside Vehicle Maintenance Facility (“VMF”) Upgrades, Somerville, Newton, MA Upgrade, modify and prepare the Green Line Riverside (Newton) and Innerbelt (Somerville) Vehicle Maintenance Facilities buildings to receive, assemble, test and commission, as well as support maintenance operations for the new low-floor Type 10 light-rail vehicles (LRVs). The work encompasses track, pits and work platforms extension, re-sectionalization of overhead catenary, floor structure reinforcement, mechanical-HVAC, mechanical-hoist, fire protection, contaminated materials management, electrical, plumbing and stinger system upgrade.

CMAR 200 Newport Ave Operations Control Center (OCC) Quincy MA. The scope of this project includes design and construction of a new Operations Control Center located on the 8th floor of 200 Newport Avenue in Quincy, MA. The 200 Newport OCC will replace the existing OCC at 45 High St and will render that location the backup. The OCC space will accommodate heavy rail ops, light rail ops, bus ops, vehicle maintenance dispatchers, public information officials, emergency response officials, etc. Also to be included in this project (adjacent to the OCC) are space for the Security Operations Center, Maintenance Control Center, and Power Dispatchers, conference spaces, Operations training spaces, etc. Scope of work includes architectural, MEP, FP alterations to the space to accommodate the above.

Z91PS80-81 Owner's Project Manager (OPM) Services on a Task Order Basis The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Consultant Teams to perform Owner's Project Manager administrative and technical support services including but not limited to budget and schedule development/management; design oversight and review; construction coordination and monitoring; furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) move management; and punch list and closeout management.

The selected consultants will exhibit a depth of experience and expertise to support Testing, Commissioning, and Inspection Services of Fire Protection system to support the MBTA Project Manager for this project.

General Engineering Consulting Services for the Engineering & Capital Division Design and Construction Phase Services for State of Good Repair Infrastructure and Facility Improvements and Modernization. The services are intended to support improvements to all MBTA assets including but not limited to: stations, tracks, roadways, signals, power infrastructure, parking facilities, storage/maintenance facilities, and office buildings.
