Phillipsburg-Union Road, CLY-8-5.30, Culvert Replacement Project
This project consists of the replacement of a structurally deficient culvert with rigid concrete pipe, the replacement of roughly 800 feet of storm sewer, replacing catch basins, installing manholes, minor channel work consisting of inlet and outlet improvements and safety grading.
