The widening of Social Row Road from 2 lanes to 5 lanes from just east of Waterbury Ridge Lane to 400 feet east of Sheehan Road. Improvements also include new storm sewer, curb and gutter, sidewalk, shared use path, a new traffic signal at the intersection of Paragon Road, and a traffic signal replacement at the intersection of Sheehan Road.

This project consists of crack sealing 450,085 SY of various roadways throughout Montgomery County.

The Dayton Cincinnati Pike Roadway Realignment Project straddles the county line between Warren and Montgomery Counties. The southern portion of the proposed improvement is located in the City of Franklin (Warren County), and the northern portion is located in Miami Township (Montgomery County). Dayton Cincinnati Pike (known as North Dixie Highway in Warren County) is a two-lane principal arterial carrying an average daily traffic of 5,200 vehicles per day. An existing retaining wall approximately 790 feet long is located on the west side of Dayton Cincinnati Pike between the roadway and the Great Miami River. The existing wall has a maximum exposed height of approximately 15 feet and is believed to have been constructed by an early interurban electric railroad in the late 1890s. The existing retaining wall is in poor condition. The Montgomery County Engineers Office has concluded that the 125-year-old retaining wall is structurally unstable, not suitable for rehabilitation, and should be removed. The Great Miami River Recreational Trail operated by the Miami Conservancy District is located at the foot of the wall, between Dayton Cincinnati Pike and the Great Miami River. Approximately 1,100 feet of Dayton Cincinnati Pike will be shifted away from the wall and the river, which will allow removal of the old retaining wall. Construction of a shorter, smaller gabion retaining wall 336 feet long will be required at the south end of the realigned roadway. Outside the limits of the gabion retaining wall, the realigned roadway will be supported on 2H:1V sloped embankment armored with rock channel protection.

This project consists of replacing and installing ADA Ramps at various intersections along Dayton-Liberty Road and Liscum Drive.

Rehabilitation of three bridges in Montgomery County, as follows: Chautauqua Road, Miamisburg: 1. Refurbish and reset the bearings at each abutment and replace existing load plates with new plates with anchor rods. 2. Replace north abutment bearing at rear abutment. 3. Replace deck joints and adjacent specified concrete. 4. Paint beam ends. 5. Patch forward approach slab. South Dixie Drive, West Carrollton: 1. Replace rear abutment bearings with elastomeric bearings. 2. Replace forward abutment bearings with PTFE bearings. 3. Replace deck joints and specified adjacent concrete. 4. Replace forward approach slab and approach pavement and curb and gutter. 5. Paint beam ends. 6. Patch the rear abutment. Free Pike, Trotwood: 1. Repair bridge slab and abutment interface. 2. Micro-silica modified concrete overlay by hydro-demolition 3. Curb repair.
