THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTING A 1200 SQUARE FOOT BRINE SHED ENCLOSURE INCLUDING BUILDING UTILITIES AND SITE WORK. THE BUILDING CONSISTS OF MASONRY WALLS ON CMU BACKUP WITH A PLANK ROOF AND SLAB ON GRADE FLOOR. THE MEP SCOPE INCLUDES A MECHANICAL SYSTEM INVOLVING A HEATING UNIT AND PLUMBING SUPPLY. THE INTERIOR ELECTRICAL SCOPE OF WORK WILL BE DONE BY CITY OF MILWAUKEE DPW ELECTRICIANS. THE SITE ELECTRICAL WORK AND HOOKUP TO THE BUILDING IS BY GC. (SEE DRAWINGS). SITE WORK INVOLVES THE IMMEDIATE AREA AROUND THE STRUCTURE.
