ITB25-069 HOHE STREET ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-069 Hohe Street Abatement and Demolition. The project consists of building demolition and site remediation of the property at 4135 Hohe Street, Homer, AK 99603, and as needed - hazardous material testing, abatement and /or monitoring. The site encompasses a 12,197 square foot (0.28 acres) lot, with an approx. 2,000 square foot bi-level structure built in 1973. This building (renovated in 2021) with an attached garage, consists of a common entrance, upper-level living space, a basement, office rooms, and bathrooms. The Kenai Peninsula Borough and the Seward Bear Creek Flood Service Area (SBCFSA) are seeking qualified contractors to complete channel construction and sediment extraction, identified as unclassified excavation at the Salmon Creek through the Nautical subdivision identified in the attached documents.
