The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is soliciting design/build proposals from qualified firms for the installation of security fencing underneath the Broad Street Parkway (BSP) Bridge. The City is actively seeking the best, most creative and durable system installation to eliminate unauthorized personnel from illegally accessing the area underneath the BSP Bridge. The Contract awarded will be based on the proposal that is the most advantageous to the City of Nashua, with consideration given to the comprehensiveness and feasibility of the proposal, price, and the experience/ qualifications of the vendor.

The City is also seeking to reconstruct pedestrian sidewalk ramps for ADA compliance along the full length of Harris Road and a portion of Northeastern Boulevard. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and material to construct the improvements shown on the “2020 Sidewalk Program” plans, provided with this Invitation to Bid. The Contractor will be responsible for providing traffic control as needed during all working and non-working hours.
