This project includes the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing roadway with a trail, while the remaining portion of the existing road will be reconstructed. The project also involves stream bank stabilization/hardening, along with the installation of stormwater best management practices, utility improvements, and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents. Contract Description: Work of the Project includes reconstruction of the North Point Parking Lot. Work includes asphalt, pulverized stone base, concrete curb and gutter, colored concrete, dumpster enclosure, drainage and storm sewers, lighting, lakefront concrete path, overlooks, concrete seat wall, biofilters, and landscaping. Other work includes new sidewalk and site restoration. Stone Revetment Construction was completed January 7th, 2025, this project completes the reconstruction of the parking lot.
