WP0320012 NORTH POINT PARKING LOT
Contract Description: Work of the Project includes
reconstruction of the North Point Parking Lot. Work
includes asphalt, pulverized stone base, concrete curb and
gutter, colored concrete, dumpster enclosure, drainage and
storm sewers, lighting, lakefront concrete path, overlooks,
concrete seat wall, biofilters, and landscaping. Other work
includes new sidewalk and site restoration. Stone
Revetment Construction was completed January 7th, 2025,
this project completes the reconstruction of the parking lot.
Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday March 20th, 2026 at 10AM. Meet outside at the North Point Parking Lot near the Concession Stand (Moosa’s).

Replacement and rehabilitation of seawall along flushing channel near McKinley Marina. Includes installation of steel sheet piling, fiber reinforced polymer panels, grading, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, custom railing, and concrete seawall walkway.

WP077801 Bender Park Sediment Abatement
Work consists of dredging sediment from the Bender Park boat launch and relocating it within the designated area of Bender Park as indicated in the project bid documents. Additional work consists of dewatering, erosion control, grading, planting, and plant maintenance.
A similar project was bid, though not awarded, in May of 2025. This project differs from that one in that there are alternatives for less dredged volume and a longer timeframe to complete the work.
