WP077801 Bender Park Sediment Abatement
Work consists of dredging sediment from the Bender Park boat launch and relocating it within the designated area of Bender Park as indicated in the project bid documents. Additional work consists of dewatering, erosion control, grading, planting, and plant maintenance.
A similar project was bid, though not awarded, in May of 2025. This project differs from that one in that there are alternatives for less dredged volume and a longer timeframe to complete the work.

WS0149012 Clinton Rose Senior Center Renovation
Work of the project includes predominately interior renovations to the senior center. Scope generally includes demolition of selected existing conditions and construction of new kitchen, computer lab, health rooms, activity rooms, and office space. Finish updates (flooring, walls, cabinetry, ceilings) throughout. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing updates throughout. ADA updates and reconfiguration to restrooms and entryway. The project will also include installing new curb and concrete sidewalk for accessible route from parking lot and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents.

A new vault will be installed to house 4 stormwater pumps that will connect to an existing manhole located to the south. WP067401: Underwood Creek Parkway - Parkway Reconstruction - Underwood Creek Roundabout to Swan Blvd.
Work of the Project includes the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing roadway with a trail, while the remaining portion of the existing road will be reconstructed.
