Replacement and rehabilitation of seawall along flushing channel near McKinley Marina. Includes installation of steel sheet piling, fiber reinforced polymer panels, grading, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, custom railing, and concrete seawall walkway. Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at 10AM. Meet outside at the Milwaukee Yacht Club Gate, McKinley Park, Milwaukee, WI. This onsite walkthrough and meeting is for contractors to visualize project. This meeting is to explain requirements and ask questions.

Work of the project includes predominately interior renovations to the senior center. Scope generally includes demolition of selected existing conditions and construction of new kitchen, computer lab, health rooms, activity rooms, and office space. Finish updates (flooring, walls, cabinetry, ceilings) throughout. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing updates throughout. ADA updates and reconfiguration to restrooms and entryway. The project will also include installing new curb and concrete sidewalk for accessible route from parking lot and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents.
