WP0750 BENDER PARK ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
Work of the project involves reconstruction of the Bender Park roadway and drainage improvements. Work includes asphalt, stone base, concrete curb and gutter, concrete raised crosswalks, colored concrete, drainage and storm sewers, overlook, concrete seat wall, dry pond, and landscaping. Other work includes lakefront path and guardrail improvements.
Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, August 10th, 2026 at 1 PM. Meet at the Bender Park Boat Launch. This onsite walkthrough and meeting and is for contractors to visualize project. This meeting is to explain requirements and ask questions.

WT015501 FDL Bus Storage & Garage Ventilation & Exhaust Systems
The HVAC equipment for the Fond Du Lac Bus garage will be replaced and modernized. This project includes buildings 104 (A, B, C, D, and E), building 103/103A, and 102. General scope includes demolition and removal of existing rooftop exhaust fans, make-up air units and other air handlers, gas-fired unit heaters and related infrastructure detailed in the drawings and specifications. Replacement equipment will be installed as scheduled and specified. Support electrical, structural, and control systems to be modified to support the new equipment.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: In person or virtual pre-bid meeting held at 1525 W. Vine Street, Milwaukee, WI 53210 on Tuesday, August 19th, from 11:00AM to 12:00PM. To access parking in the secured lot, please call the number posted on the gate.
A site walk will follow immediately at the project location, 3343 W. Fond Du Lac Ave, from 12:00PM to 1:00PM.
Make-Up Site Walk: For those unable to attend the Tuesday meeting in-person and for those who would like additional time on site, a follow-up site walk will be hosted Friday, August 22nd from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. In person attendance is required at either the 19th meeting or on the 22nd.

WA0270: MKE Ticketing Area Remodel
This Project includes renovation of approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of the ground floor Ticketing area including vestibules, curtain wall, terrazzo and carpet flooring, ceilings, and related modifications to mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and technology systems. An Alternate is included for bid which removes the curvilinear ceiling near the ticket counters and replaces it with a bulkhead which will house 42-55” monitors and fire suppression system. The Alternate work is to be performed at night only.
Attendance at the Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is MANDATORY for all contractors bidding as Prime Contractors.

WP077801 Bender Park Sediment Abatement
Work consists of dredging sediment from the Bender Park boat launch and relocating it within the designated area of Bender Park as indicated in the project bid documents. Additional work consists of dewatering, erosion control, grading, planting, and plant maintenance.
A similar project was bid, though not awarded. This project differs from that one in that there are alternatives for less dredged volume and a longer timeframe to complete the work. Additionally, there are no residency or TBE requirements.

Total 10-foot-wide asphalt path length with future work by other is approximately 2.53 miles long.
