This project provides for the rehabilitation of Saver Lot A (a parking lot approximately 58,000 square yards in surface area) and associated improvements. Work includes asphalt pavement removal, aggregate base rehabilitation, concrete curb and gutter replacement, asphalt pavement construction, pavement marking, signage, erosion control, and turf establishment.

Milwaukee County is seeking to create a centralized pool of contracts which any County department may draw from to complete maintenance and repair projects, as needed. Multiple awards per T&M contract type. Awarded contract does not guarantee work.
Separate bid submittal in Bid Express for each T&M contract type. Milwaukee County and the contractor will negotiate the scope of each project on a case-by-case basis.
