Work of the Project includes reconstructing 1400′+/- asphalt access ramp connection with shoulders between Lincoln Memorial Drive and Mason Street along the existing Oak Leaf Trail. Specific project work includes a detour to the OLT Brady Street Bridge and Mason Street Bridge, clearing and grubbing, removals, grading, base aggregate dense, asphaltic paving, and restoration. Work of the project involves reconstruction of the Bender Park roadway and drainage improvements. Work includes asphalt, stone base, concrete curb and gutter, concrete raised crosswalks, colored concrete, drainage and storm sewers, overlook, concrete seat wall, dry pond, and landscaping. Other work includes lakefront path and guardrail improvements. Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, August 10th, 2026 at 1 PM. Meet at the Bender Park Boat Launch. This onsite walkthrough and meeting and is for contractors to visualize project. This meeting is to explain requirements and ask questions.
