Contract Description: Work of the Project includes reconstruction of the North Point Parking Lot. Work includes asphalt, pulverized stone base, concrete curb and gutter, colored concrete, dumpster enclosure, drainage and storm sewers, lighting, lakefront concrete path, overlooks, concrete seat wall, biofilters, and landscaping. Other work includes new sidewalk and site restoration. Stone Revetment Construction was completed January 7th, 2025, this project completes the reconstruction of the parking lot. Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday March 20th, 2026 at 10AM. Meet outside at the North Point Parking Lot near the Concession Stand (Moosa’s).
