Contract 2B: North Parking Lot (B Plans) Work consists of providing parking lot reconstruction and site improvements as indicated in project bid documents. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: December 4, 2019 at 1:30 P.M., meet at the War Memorial Center, North Entrance off North Parking lot, 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee, WI. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE. Bids Due: December 18, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

Contract 1: Clean & CCTV Sewer Lines Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for providing the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and pipes, televising and cleaning of pipes, and abandonment of manholes and pipes as specified. Contractor shall perform this Work at multiple Milwaukee County locations including the County Grounds, Zoo, Parks, Airport, and House of Corrections. All work shall be in accordance with Contract Drawings and Specifications. Pre-Bid Meeting: November 20, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., meet at Milwaukee County, Architecture, Engineering and Environmental Services Office, 633 W. Wisconsin Ave., Suite 1000, Milwaukee, WI 53203. BIDDER SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE DOCUMENT 00200-INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, ARTICLE 16. Bids Due: December 4, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.
