Installation of Fencing/Guard Rail/Closure Gates/Impact Attenuators in 12 Mainland Counties in Massachusetts Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, Bristol, Barnstable, Worcester, Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin & Berkshire Counties The project consists of installation of new and maintenance of existing fencing, guardrail, gates, and impact attenuators throughout the DCR. The estimated project cost is $ 6,000,000.00 Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in Guardrail & Fencing to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by MassDOT prior to the opening of Proposals.
