Draw Seven Park Renovation Noonan Place, Somerville, MA 02145 Project consists of demolition of existing park elements including trees, lawn, pathways, fencing, and parking lot, site preparation work, earthwork and grading, environmental protection, construction of new parking lot areas, access and egress drives, sidewalks, plazas, lawn areas, installation of lighting, installation of site features and furnishings, beach replenishment along the eastern edge of the park, flood control measures, improvements to the existing fishing pier, installation of water, sewer, and electrical systems, installation of stormwater management systems, additional miscellaneous amenities, and other elements and work as required by the contract documents. Mass Central Rail Trail - Linden Street Bridge Waltham, Massachusetts The project consists of alterations to the existing bridge over Linden Street. As a former railroad thru-truss bridge approximately 120 foot long supported on granite abutments, the completion of work will connect finished sections of the Mass Central Rail Trail. Additional sidewalk and railroad crossing safety improvements at the trail terminus on Beaver Street are also part of the overall project scope. The estimated project cost is $1,646,406.30.
