Physical work will be done during the facility fall/winter/spring off-season and be completed for use in summer 2022 The estimated project cost is $950,000 Bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 149, sections 44A to H, inclusive. In addition, bids are also subject to Ch. 30, Sect. 39F, G, H and M inclusive. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates as per Mass. Gen. L.
