Rasmuson Library Student Success Center The Work consists of remodeling the sixth floor of Rasmuson Library into a center of student support services. Work provides a new floor plan with improvements to architectural, mechanical, and electrical features. Areas on adjacent floors are impacted. Additive Alternates are present for the demolition of exterior wall precast panels and replacement with a curtainwall system. Construction Range: $5,000,000 +

Campus Wide Sidewalks and Stairs Rebuild FY23 The Work consists of the demolition and replacement of various sidewalks, ramps, and stairs between the Arctic Health Research Building, Koyukuk Way, and Irving 1 Building. Construction Range: $100,000 - $500,000

Signers' Hall Levels 1 and 2 Finishes and Lighting Refresh The Work consists of replacing flooring, upgrading lighting, expanding the reception area, including removing a service counter and installing a new one, and painting common areas and offices on Levels 1 and 2 of Signers’ Hall. Work will extend into the corridor leading to the Eielson building and the restrooms off of this hallway. Additive alternates will extend finishes into additional offices. Construction Range: $200,000 to $600,000

Patty Center Gym Refresh - Ceiling The Work of the Base Bid consists of replacing ceiling tiles in the Patty Center gym with Owner-furnished, Contractor-installed (OFCI) tiles, retrofitting light fixtures with OFCI LED bulbs, removing four (4) basketball hoop assemblies, and constructing improvements to the announcer’s booth. Alternate 1 work consists of demolishing a track-mounted accordion partition, repairing the wall and ceiling where the partition was removed, and painting the announcer’s booth door. Construction Range: $100,000 - $500,000

Campus Wide Maintenance Term Contracts The University of Alaska Fairbanks, hereinafter called “University”, is seeking proposals from contractors interested and qualified in providing general facility maintenance construction services for Campus Wide Maintenance Contracts. The maintenance construction services are of a reoccurring nature with indefinite deliveries, schedules and quantities at the Fairbanks campus. Contracts will be awarded to create a pool of up to five (5) term contractors. Total annual contract amounts shall not exceed $200,000 annually with each individual service not to exceed $50,000 and no guarantee of a contract minimum. The initial term will be from the date of award through December 31, 2023 and four (4) one-year options to renew through December 31, 2027.
