Off Campus Kenai Firefighting Foam Mitigation The Work consists of excavating and disposing of Perfluoroalky- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contaminated soil from a site in Kenai, Alaska. The work will consist of excavating, stockpiling, transporting, and treating PFAS contaminated soil. The minimum volume of soil to be disposed of is 500 cubic yards. Work will include backfilling an equal volume of soil. All work will be coordinated by the Owner’s Environmental Consultant and all work will be done in accordance with the ADEC approved Excavation Sampling and Analysis Plan dated March 1, 2021.
