Patty Center Gym Refresh - Ceiling The Work of the Base Bid consists of replacing ceiling tiles in the Patty Center gym with Owner-furnished, Contractor-installed (OFCI) tiles, retrofitting light fixtures with OFCI LED bulbs, removing four (4) basketball hoop assemblies, and constructing improvements to the announcer’s booth. Alternate 1 work consists of demolishing a track-mounted accordion partition, repairing the wall and ceiling where the partition was removed, and painting the announcer’s booth door. Construction Range: $100,000 - $500,000

Campus Wide Maintenance Term Contracts The University of Alaska Fairbanks, hereinafter called “University”, is seeking proposals from contractors interested and qualified in providing general facility maintenance construction services for Campus Wide Maintenance Contracts. The maintenance construction services are of a reoccurring nature with indefinite deliveries, schedules and quantities at the Fairbanks campus. Contracts will be awarded to create a pool of up to five (5) term contractors. Total annual contract amounts shall not exceed $200,000 annually with each individual service not to exceed $50,000 and no guarantee of a contract minimum. The initial term will be from the date of award through December 31, 2023 and four (4) one-year options to renew through December 31, 2027.

Bartlett and Moore Hall Modernization and Renewal The University of Alaska Fairbanks is seeking proposals from companies qualified and interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services. The project scope affects all levels of Bartlett Hall and Moore Hall. Degraded restroom wall, floor and ceiling finishes will be removed to provide access to concealed plumbing and will be replaced with durable and low maintenance finishes. All horizontal copper plumbing and vertical cast iron stacks will be removed and replaced. Toilet partitions, bathroom and shower accessories and plumbing fixtures will be replaced. Mechanical ventilation systems will be repaired or replaced where required. Lighting throughout each building will be upgraded to energy efficient LEDs. Asbestos, lead based paints and any other hazardous materials will be surveyed, documented and abated where necessary. Sleeping quarters, lounges, laundries and other public spaces will also be renovated. Space in Hess Commons will be converted into ADA compliant restrooms. Construction Range: Over $5,000,000

Student Health and Counseling Center Renovations-Phase1 The Work consists of major interior demolition, asbestos abatement, and the construction of new framed walls, ceilings, doors, and finishes. Lighting will be converted from fluorescent to LED fixtures. Mechanical and plumbing will be modified as required to support the new room layouts. Construction Range: $500,000 - $1,000,000

O’Neill Roof Replacement The Work consists of the replacement of the O’Neill roof system with a 60-mil EPDM roof system. Work will require coordinated outages and temporary relocation of roof-mounted equipment, rerouting of penetrations through the roof, addition of an overflow rainleader system, and modifications to the existing stack guy wire supports. Construction Range: $750,000 - $1,500,000
