WWTP Digestor Improvements, Phase 1
In general, the work consists of cleaning four (4) anaerobic digesters, cleaning an aeration tank and other minor improvements. A Mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on August 30, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1 West Boundary Street, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Attendance at the pre-bid walk through is Mandatory. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance, performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. 2023 Annual Pavement Markings
This project will consist of pavement marking in various locations across the City of Perrysburg. Due to fading, the existing pavement markings need new paint to be applied to them. All paint must adhere to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards. EXPECTED START DATE: October 16, 2023 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: November 17, 2023 This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. East 3rd Street
Sanitary Sewer Improvements for East 3rd Street The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials to remove and replace approx. 1,200 LF of sewer ranging in size from 4" to 24" in diameter. Do to the location of the sewer, there will also be approximately 3,065 sf of sidewalk that will be removed and replaced as part of the project. Other incidentals include driveway repair, pavement repair, tree removals, and required erosion and sediment control. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance, performance and payment bonds. RFQ Stormwater Utility Fee Development and Implementation
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is conducting a qualification based selection process for assistance in the development and implementation of a stormwater utility fee (or other alternative funding system) that is fair, equitable, legally defensible, and publically acceptable. Qualified firms will have experience in the development of a municipal stormwater utility fee in the State of Ohio. There is no assurance that the stormwater utility fee will be approved for implementation, so the proposed tasks will be structured in phases that allow for authorization to proceed at specific milestones, minimizing the unnecessary expenditures of funds and effort if the City does not proceed with the stormwater utility.

RFQ Design and Implementation of AMI System
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is seeking a highly qualified company to design, furnish and install an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system that provides for automated reading of water meters including meters, infrastructure for transmitting and receiving data, installation, hardware, software and training. The system shall provide for remote functions such as meter reading, usage management, endpoint alarm and/or alerts handling for low/high usage, reverse or no flow situations, leak detection, tamper alerts as well as battery health. Detailed specifications for the AMI System are attached.

RFQ Orleans Park Extended MultiUse Path
The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) would like to take the existing multiuse path (that currently ends at the north end of the parking lot at Orleans Park) and extend it to the east (through the wooded area to West Boundary Street extended. The wooded area does contain wetland areas. Through the wetland areas, the City would like to use a boardwalk (either wooden or TerraTread) to minimize the impact to those areas. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide design services for construction documents for the proposed improvements. Design services will also include all permitting required to construct the boardwalk through the wetland areas. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications that can be bid so that a Contractor can be selected to perform any required improvements.
