The City of Perrysburg is accepting bids for its annual supply of bulk de-icing salt to be used by the Department of Public Service Division of Streets in the Snow and Ice Control Program.

The City of Perrysburg is accepting proposals for three (3) pickup trucks.

The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) would like to renovate the existing kitchen and dayroom in Fire Station 39 to make the update the layout and make it more efficient. Proposed work will include removal of some interior walls, construction of new interior walls, relocating existing refrigerator and freezer, installing a new gas stove, installation of a new hood ventilation system, installation of new counters and island, relocating dishwasher and ice machine, new flooring and other appurtenances. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide architectural design services for construction documents for the proposed improvements. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications that can be bid so that a Contractor can be selected to perform any required improvements. Firms interested in being considered for selection should respond by emailing one (1) pdf copy of the SOQ to Brian Thomas, City Engineer at bthomas@ci.perrysburg.oh.us by 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2023. Responses received after the specified due date and time will not be considered.

Fire Department Storage Building This project consists of the construction of a storage building near the edge of the existing parking lot located at the existing Fire Station (26100 Fort Meigs Road). Driveway, sidewalk, seeding and other miscellaneous items to make the proposed storage building complete and operational are also included. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any alternates selected. The Completion Date for the project is October 31, 2023 Engineering Estimate: $ 100,000

Perrysburg Courthouse Roof Repair The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials to remove and replace approx. 9,950 SF of Asphalt Shingle Roofing. A Mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on March 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM at City of Perrysburg Municipal Court, 300 Walnut St, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Attendance at the pre-bid walk through is Mandatory. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Engineering Estimate for the entire project: $ 250,000
