Perrysburg 2023 Sidewalk Program This project consists of repairing City sidewalks by lifting, leveling or grinding of any City sidewalk section that has been identified in need of repair or fully replacing sections that are beyond the repair specifications. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid. As part of the 2022 Sidewalk Program approximately 39,000 sf of sidewalk was lifted (1,941 slabs), 2,600 sf of sidewalk was replaced (130 slabs) and 290 lf of sidewalk was ground down (70 slabs). Engineering Estimate for the entire project: $ 200,000

7th Street Sewer Repair - This project consists of removal and replacement of 390' of 10" Sanitary Sewer. Including restoration and other appurtenances. Elm Street - This project consists of the replacement of approximately 108 feet of 12 inch sanitary sewer, repair of an outside drop structure and other appurtenances. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid. Final Completion: August 1, 2023 Engineering Estimate: $ 300,150.00

2022 Street Tree Planting This project consists of planting various street trees in the tree lawn. An address list will be provided to the successful contractor and the tree locations will be marked with a stake. All work is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid. Final Completion: on or before May 31, 2023 Engineering Estimate: $ 95,000

The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) wishes to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by adding a multi-use path on Dixie Highway (SR 25) and West Boundary Street from the end of the existing path, on the north side of the diverging diamond north to Indiana Avenue. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide design and consulting services for the creation of construction documents needed to construct the multi-use path. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications and obtaining all permits needed so that the project can be bid and a Contractor selected to perform the work. There may be right of way work that could be needed for a couple of parcels along the project, so all SOQs submitted should include a surveying firm that is prequalified with ODOT for Right of Way Plan Development.
