The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) wishes to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by adding a multi-use sidepath on Fort Meigs Road from Eckel Junction Road to River Road. Due to the close proximity of the roadside ditch on the west side of Fort Meigs Road from Eckel Junction Road to Sutton Place, a feasibility study was completed for that section to examine the best location for the multi-use sidepath. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide design and consulting services for the creation of construction documents needed to construct the sidepath. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications and obtaining all permits needed so that the project can be bid and a Contractor selected to perform the work.
