MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2022, located at the Water Treatment Plant, 201 Eagle City Rd., Springfield, OH 45502, beginning at 9:00 AM, local time. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a BIDDER to review and print all project plans. A digital ID will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Said work and each proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the Request for Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents. Fee Schedule: Please submit an hourly rate fee schedule detailing the positions within the firm and their respective hourly rates.
