RFP 27-12 Generator Preventative Maintenance
The scope of work/services include, but are not limited to the inspection and testing of generators located at various locations within the City as described. Also included is generator repair related services. The entire list of generators shall have one (1) major (annual) and three (3) minor inspection and testing each year. Generator maintenance services are to be performed four (4) times a year: one (1) Major Annual (annual) inspection and three (3) minor inspection and testing during course of year. (The City reserves the right to cancel the need for the minor inspection if a funding problem develops.) The City reserves the right to add and/or delete generators that come into and out of service as need be.

Morrison Alley Parking Lot Improvements
Grade and shape base (695 SY) for removal and replacement of 340 SY of 6" th. PC Concrete and 400 SY of 8" th. PC Concrete; installation of about 150 TN of limestone base; 280 LF of full depth sawcut; 260 LF of barrier curb ("tack-on" type); installation of concrete sidewalk with brick paver inlays (about 50 SY of PCC sidewalk and 155 SF of brick pavers); 2 EA TYPE VIII catch basins; 130 LF of 15" storm drain pipe; 2,400 LF of painted roadway markings; 4 EA light fixture pedestals; 400 LF of electrical conduit (3/4" 2 ½"); miscellaneous sitework and erosion control; and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied.
BASE BID Contract Term: 90 calendar days
BASE BID Construction Cost Estimate: $170,935
ADDITIVE ALTERNATE NO. 1:
Removal and replacement of 240 SY of 8" th. PC Concrete; installation of 50 TN of limestone base; and 150 LF of full depth sawcut.
ADD. ALT. NO. 1 Contract Term: No extra time allowed for Add. Alt. No. 1 if accepted.

RFB 27-13 Air Traffic Control Tower Equipment
The City of Hammond is seeking Bids to replace existing air traffic control tower equipment at Hammond Northshore Regional Airport. The Selected Bidder will be responsible for procuring, installing, and configuring new equipment and for providing owner orientation. New equipment will installed in the Air Traffic Control Tower, located at 1000 Judge Leon Ford Dr, Hammond LA 70401 -9577.
The estimated cost of this Project is $630,000, inclusive of all equipment, materials and supplies, and professional services sought herein.
