1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3 project. This project involves renovation of the sign shop, fabrication, and storage spaces. Work includes walls to be removed, added, and adjusted as designed in order to repurpose certain areas. New furniture and storage shelving will be provided. Additionally, removal of the existing HVAC unit that is currently mounted on the roof, as well as removal and/or modification of HVAC duct work and controls. Minor electrical work will be necessary to support renovations and HVAC work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Facilities - North Outpost CNG

Signal Installations Neil Avenue Signals
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until May 25, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Signal Installations - Neil Avenue Signals project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
The work for this project consists of the rehabilitation of seven (7) signals along Neil Avenue between Buttles Avenue and 10th Avenue to include new mast arm signal poles, signal heads, cabinets and radar detection. Bridge Rehabilitation Harrison Road Culvert Replacement
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until May 20, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Bridge Rehabilitation – Harrison Road Culvert Replacement project. The work for this project consists of replacing the existing precast concrete box culvert carrying Harrison Road over Dry Run located 0.2 miles east of Hague Avenue. The new structure will be a 4-sided precast concrete box culvert with enough width to accommodate sidewalk on the north side of the roadway. Also, any other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans at 3732 Drawer E and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in the Invitation For Bid (IFB).
