1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3 project. This project involves renovation of the sign shop, fabrication, and storage spaces. Work includes walls to be removed, added, and adjusted as designed in order to repurpose certain areas. New furniture and storage shelving will be provided. Additionally, removal of the existing HVAC unit that is currently mounted on the roof, as well as removal and/or modification of HVAC duct work and controls. Minor electrical work will be necessary to support renovations and HVAC work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Facilities - North Outpost CNG

Resurfacing 2021 Project 0
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until March 4, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Resurfacing - 2021 Project 0. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
This contract repairs and resurfaces 64 City streets and constructs 157 - ADA curb ramps along those streets. The work consists of milling the existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, and replacing curb and sidewalk associated with installing ADA wheelchair ramps. Where warranted, the plans also call for areas of full depth pavement repair. This project also includes the removal of existing parking meter posts in designated areas and the installation of concrete foundations for the installation of parking kiosks. Additionally, other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans at 1877 Drawer A and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Bridge Rehabilitation - Lehman Road Bridge Replacement
