Facilities - Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3 project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
This project involves renovation of the sign shop, fabrication, and storage spaces. Work includes walls to be removed, added, and adjusted as designed in order to repurpose certain areas. New furniture and storage shelving will be provided. Additionally, removal of the existing HVAC unit that is currently mounted on the roof, as well as removal and/or modification of HVAC duct work and controls. Minor electrical work will be necessary to support renovations and HVAC work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Roadway Improvements Hamilton Road Extension Central College to Walnut Road

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until August 29, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Pedestrian Safety Improvements - Wilson Road Shared Use Path project. The work consists of constructing a shared use path (SUP) on the west side of Wilson Road from Sullivant Avenue to Broad Street. Modifications will be made to the existing bridge and the alignment of the roadway to accommodate the path addition. The roadway will be widened north of Fremont Street to accommodate a southbound left turn lane. Opposite the new turn lane, a raised grassed median will be placed between Fremont and Wilson Park Way to support a path crossing at Freemont Street, and any other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans at 3233 Drawer E and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
