Prevailing Wage Guide for Contractors

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is REBIDDING the Bridge Rehabilitation – Annual Citywide Contract 2016 project for construction services until May 5, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. local time. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. The project shall consist of routine maintenance to several bridges within the City of Columbus. Work includes crack sealing, concrete patching, tuck pointing, railing repairs, guardrail repairs, epoxy injection, maintenance of traffic, asphalt resurfacing, sealing of cracks in bridges, and replacement of expansion joints. The project is being rebid due to a large pay item not being included in the original bid listing. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Notice of published addenda may be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda shall be posted on www.bidexpress.com. All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at www.bidexpress.com. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being prequalified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification. UIRF – BRICK REPAIR & CURB RAMPS 2015, 440005-100061 project

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for Intersection Improvements - Georgesville Road at Holt Road, 530086-100020, the work for which consists of: installing a shared use path, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, stormwater work, pavement replacement, water line work, street lighting, landscaping, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the plans 3043 Drawer E and specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for the Economic and Community Development - Pearl Street, Eden Alley and Public Parking Lot Improvements project, 590415-100013, the work for which consists of: the reconstruction of Pearl Street from Russell Street to the Southern terminus of Pearl at about I-670; the resurfacing of Eden Alley, drainage improvements, constructing a new expanded public parking lot, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the plans 3148 Drawer E and specifications set forth in the Invitation For Bid (IFB).
