RFQ030703 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3 project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. This project involves renovation of the sign shop, fabrication, and storage spaces. Work includes walls to be removed, added, and adjusted as designed in order to repurpose certain areas. New furniture and storage shelving will be provided. Additionally, removal of the existing HVAC unit that is currently mounted on the roof, as well as removal and/or modification of HVAC duct work and controls. Minor electrical work will be necessary to support renovations and HVAC work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). RFQ030747 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – North Outpost CNG project.
