This project includes the full depth reconstruction of 1.02 miles of East Cooke Road, from Karl Road to Cleveland Avenue. This project will also construct curb and gutter, a 10' wide asphalt shared-use path, a 5' wide concrete sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, and highway lighting from Walford Street to Cleveland Avenue.
