This project consists of the construction of a single lane modern roundabout at the intersection of Morse Road and Babbitt Road. The project will replace the existing bridge over Swisher County Ditch with a box culvert, enclosing Swisher County Ditch within the project limits. The project will also provide a new enclosed storm sewer system, new pedestrian facilities, new 16" waterline and new street lighting.

At Carhart Ditch, upgrading 450 feet of Olentangy River Road buy providing the replacement of the existing bridge over Carhart Ditch (SHA-CR9-11.40), north of S.R. 161. At Linworth Run, replacement of the existing 3-sided culvert carrying Linworth Run under Olentangy River Road (SHA-CR9-11.62) just north of Whieldon Lane. The project includes additional roadway resurfacing quantities on either end of the project.

Upgrading approximately 575' of storm sewer and replacing two drive culverts along Franklin County Road No. 191 (Schleppi Rd.) and the other incidentals necessary to complete the work.

This bid also consists of the fabrication and delivery of precast wingwalls and headwalls for one of the culverts. All necessary materials to properly install the prefabricated systems shall be included.

Providing paved shoulder improvements for 0.05 miles along Eureka Avenue (CR65A), 0.19 miles along Valley View Drive (CR65), and 0.08 miles along Highland Avenue (CR65). An ADA shared use path crossing will be provided on both sides of Eureka Avenue at the Camp Chase Railroad. Additionally, the project includes drainage improvements and resurfacing.
