All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the University’s policies, standards, requirements, and procedures. The Program of Requirements (“POR”) will be developed for the various projects by a Criteria Architect/Engineer (“Criteria A/E”).

OSU Columbus, Franklin County: Replacement of existing elevator at Faculty Club and all associated scope of work

The planned scope of work includes rehabilitation three bridges on The Ohio State University’s Main Campus: Woody Hayes over Olentangy River Road, Woody Hayes over Olentangy River. Maintenance level repairs generally include concrete patching/repairs, concrete walk repairs/replacement, joint and crack sealing, and deck sealing and repair

This project will repair and add heat tracing in Ohio Stadium.

The renovation of OSU Converse Hall includes a multi-floor restroom renovation including an accessible restroom in the basement, changing room, and partial renovation of an office suite with a kitchenette.
