The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified consultants to assist the City in undertaking a Housing Assessment to better evaluate the current housing options available in the community. 2025 Hilliard Traffic Signal Maintenance Projects (CIP T-154)
This project consists of routine traffic signal maintenance activities at the following four intersections in the City of Hilliard: 1. Trueman Boulevard/Trueman Court 2. Cemetery Road/Fishinger Boulevard/Trueman Boulevard 3. Cemetery Road/Brown Park Drive 4. Cemetery Road/Berry Leaf Lane/Westbrook Drive The above locations are part of the base bid. The Engineer’s estimate for the base bid is $171,500. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent (10%). There is one alternate bid, which includes replacement of vehicle heads (no wiring) at the following two intersections in the City of Hilliard: 1. Cemetery Road/Lyman Drive 2. Cemetery Road/Britton Parkway The Engineer’s estimate for the alternate bid is $29,000. 2025 Hilliard Street Maintenance & Rehabilitation Program (CIP T-121)
***NOTICE: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 1/22/2025*** The 2025 City of Hilliard Street Maintenance & Rehabilitation Program (SMRP) consists of mill and overlay, microsurfacing preparation, pavement repairs (partial and full depth), pavement markings, curb and gutter repair, and ADA compliant curb ramps. A Location Map is provided showing the location and scope of work. Items 1-33 in the Bid Schedule relate to the pavement maintenance work. Also included as part of the bid: 1. Britton Parkway Microsurfacing & Pavement Marking which includes microsurfacing and full pavement marking replacement along Britton Parkway between Davidson Road and Hayden Run Road. Items 34-48 in the Bid Schedule - Base Bid relate to this work. 2. Britton Parkway/Hayden Run Road Roundabout Improvements (CIP T-142) which includes planing and resurfacing, installation of raised crosswalks, transverse rumble strips, and pavement markings. RP 2.16 - First Responders Park Renovations - Rebid
The City is requesting proposals for a lump sum proposal to provide the renovations for the First Responders Park. The city has secured funding for this project though the City of Hilliard 2025 Capital Improvement Budget and the State of Ohio OTSCIF funding approved for 2024-2025. This park was constructed in 2009-2010 and will be renovated to meet the rededication of the park on September 11, 2025. All work shall be completed per the specifications and comments contained herein and per the marked plans in Exhibit #1, concrete scoring plan in Exhibit #2, fountain pipe & equipment plan in Exhibit #3, the original bid drawings (for reference only) in Exhibit #4, the Ramco Panel Installation Guide in Exhibit #5, and the Temporary Fence Plan in Exhibit #6. Hayden Run Lift Station and Force Main (CIP S-31)
**NOTICE: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 12/13/2024. ** The project replaces an existing lift station and force main on Avery Road. It includes installation of approximately 1,720 LF of 6" HDPE sanitary sewer pipe by horizontal directional drilling methods, approximately 610 LF of 6" HDPE sanitary sewer pipe installed in a 14" casing pipe under Avery Road, and approximately 130 LF of 6" ductile iron sanitary sewer pipe. The project also includes construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station near the existing lift station, and demolition of the existing lift station and emergency generator on the site. The proposed force main is located under an existing bike path that will be milled and overlaid after installation of the force main. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $1,501,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The horizontal directional drilling portion of the project adjacent to the school property (Sta. 4+00 through Sta. 21+00 on the plan) must be completed between May 23, 2025 and August 22, 2025. The Substantial Completion Date for the project is September 26, 2025. The Final Completion Date for the project is October 31, 2025.
