The City of Hilliard invites your company to provide a proposal for the implementation of a comprehensive, turnkey, integrated Financial Application System (FAS). Vendors may propose all or part of full system solution either by offering all parts themselves or by subcontracting the modules or aspects they do not offer. The city will balance the functional fit of solutions offered with that of more complete solutions that reduce the ongoing burden of integration support. The city is open to considering solutions that are either fully On-Premises or fully SaaS Cloud-based but must integrate with our onsite systems and comply with our financial regulations.

2021 Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program (SMRP)
The 2021 Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program (the “Project”) consists of an annual contract for street maintenance, rehabilitation, repairs, and construction within the City of Hilliard, Ohio. The Project includes items such as asphalt concrete paving, pavement milling, crack seal, asphalt overlay, pavement markings, striping, sidewalk replacement, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramps, pavement repair, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous items. Contractor shall have the Project complete within 120 days of the City issuing a Notice to Proceed. Alternate 6A provides for an incentive payment to complete the entire programs in 90 days of the City issuing a Notice to Proceed. The Project has special requirements for the duration of open concrete excavations and timeliness for completing associated repairs. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $1,374,587. 2021 Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Safety Projects (CIP T-133)
The City of Hilliard’s 2021 Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Safety Projects (CIP T-133) includes three separate projects: Alton & Darby Creek Road at Muir Parkway Pedestrian Crossing Improvements, Frazell Road and Rosecliff Drive Pedestrian Crossing Improvements, Davidson Road Pedestrian Crossing Improvements at Vicksburg Lane. Alton & Darby Creek Road at Muir Parkway Pedestrian Crossing Improvements will construct approximately 500 feet of new sidewalk connection along Alton & Darby Creek Road between Fairway Commons Drive and the existing asphalt path north of Lampton Pond Drive. The Project also includes a high visibility crosswalk, a refuge island crossing Alton & Darby Creek Road between Muir Parkway and Fairway Commons Drive, and a rectangular rapid flashing beacon. Bid Schedule lines 1-45 apply to this project. Frazell Road and Rosecliff Drive Pedestrian Crossing Improvements includes the extension of sidewalks along Rosecliff Drive to Frazell Road, signing and pavement markings to provide pedestrian crossing locations at the intersection, curb ramps, and the construction of an asphalt path along the west side of Frazell Road to provide a connection from Rosecliff Drive to Franks Park.
