RP 2.16 - First Responders Park Renovations - Rebid
The City is requesting proposals for a lump sum proposal to provide the renovations for the First Responders Park. The city has secured funding for this project though the City of Hilliard 2025 Capital Improvement Budget and the State of Ohio OTSCIF funding approved for 2024-2025. This park was constructed in 2009-2010 and will be renovated to meet the rededication of the park on September 11, 2025. All work shall be completed per the specifications and comments contained herein and per the marked plans in Exhibit #1, concrete scoring plan in Exhibit #2, fountain pipe & equipment plan in Exhibit #3, the original bid drawings in Exhibit #4, the Ramco Panel Installation Guide in Exhibit #5, and the Temporary Fence Plan in Exhibit #6. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $875,000.00. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the bid by more than ten percent (10%). The Final Completion Date is August 7, 2025. This project is being funded through local and state funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal. The City is requesting proposals for fitness equipment for the Well, the City's new Recreation and Wellness Center. 2020 Street and Public Lands Tree Replacement Program (CIP LB-20) (the “Project”) consists of planting new 2-inch caliper street and public land tree replacements at locations specified in the plans. Any existing trees at specified locations were previously removed. Gator bags will be provided by the City for contractor to install and fill once. The Engineer's Estimate for the Project is $156,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). Substantial Completion Date for the Project is January 31, 2021. Final Completion Date for the Project is February 28, 2021. Scioto Darby Road & Walcutt Road Improvements (CIP T-76)
** Notice: Addendum 2 was issued on 10/19/2020 ** Notice: Addendum 1 was issued on 10/16/2020.** The Scioto Darby Road & Walcutt Road Improvements (CIP T-76) (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) consists of construction of a single lane roundabout; a shared-use path on the south side of the street between Scioto Farms Drive and Leap Road; drainage; stormwater management; street lighting; fiber conduit; removal of an existing traffic signal; signing & pavement marking; curb ramps; and resurfacing. The Project also includes landscaping, irrigation, and demolition of an existing building located north of the existing intersection. The Engineer's Estimate for the Bid is $1,920,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer’s Estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). Substantial Completion Date for the Project is August 15, 2021.
