The City of Hilliard is seeking proposals for a medically integrated partner for a new Community Center building and park site that will be built near the intersection of Cosgray and Scioto Darby Rd. ** Notice: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 11/4/2021. ** The 2021 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Project (CIP S-37) consists of cleaning, televising, and CIPP lining of approximately 2,007 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer. The sewers are located on Morning Drive, Grant Street, and Wayne Street. By-pass pumping will be required to install the liner. Traffic control will be required to maintain local traffic in the residential area. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $96,300. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The Substantial Completion Date is April 29, 2022. The Final Completion Date is May 27, 2022. The 2021 Street and Public Lands Tree Replacement Program (CIP LB-20) consists of planting new 2-inch caliper street and public land tree replacements at locations specified in the plans. Any existing trees at specified locations were previously removed. Gator bags will be provided by the City for contractor to install and fill once. The estimated cost for the base bid is $79,000. Award of the contract will be made to the lowest and best bidder on the base bid. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Substantial Completion Date is December 31, 2021. The Final Completion Date is January 31, 2022. The Bidder must download, complete, and upload the Schedule of Values – By Tree Species and Bid Schedule, found in the Attachment List, along with all other required documentation in order to submit a complete Bid. NOTE - The City will place a priority on completion of the 24" gravity sanitary sewer before completion of the lift station and sanitary sewer force main, specifically construction of the sewer between manholes 1 - 6 as shown on the plan. The Project is located in central Ohio at Roderic J. DiPietro Park, 3481 Davidson Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, in Franklin County. The Project is to construct a new a 675 square foot restroom building, provide upgrades and improvements to the existing ballfields and parking areas. The work will include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing site elements; chain-link fencing and backstops; dugout structures; asphalt paving/striping; concrete walks; signage; utility extensions (water, electric, sewer); concrete; masonry; wood trusses; asphalt shingles; fiber-cement siding; sheet metal flashings and trims; joint sealants; hollow metal doors and frames; door hardware; gypsum board; painting; toilet partitions; and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Bid Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST) on August 27, 2021. All work is to be completed under one Lump Sum General Contract. The completion date for all work under this project is February 28, 2022. The Architect/Engineer’s Estimate for the bid is $547,000.00.
