This project will include a mill and overlay of Wilcox Road, in addition to a mill and overlay of the existing shared use path on the West side of the road. Pedestrian facility upgrades within the project limits will include bringing the existing crossing at Silverton Way into ADA compliance, and installation of an enhanced crossing of Wilcox Road, just North of the Silverton Way intersection. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $303,000.00. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the bid by more than ten percent (10%). The Final Completion Date is May 29, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal. The City of Hilliard invites your company to provide a proposal for the implementation of a comprehensive, turnkey, integrated Financial Application System (FAS). Vendors may propose all or part of full system solution either by offering all parts themselves or by subcontracting the modules or aspects they do not offer. The city will balance the functional fit of solutions offered with that of more complete solutions that reduce the ongoing burden of integration support. The city is open to considering solutions that are either fully On-Premises or fully SaaS Cloud-based but must integrate with our onsite systems and comply with our financial regulations.

Sanitary sewers are located within public right of way and backyard easements. Heavy cleaning may be required in approximately 25-percent of the sewers. Traffic control may be required to perform work in some areas. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $222,918. Any existing trees at specified locations were previously removed. Gator bags will be provided by the City for contractor to install and fill once.
