Skillet & Kettle - Jail Kitchen........................Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to perform the following work at the St. Tammany Parish Jail located at 1200 Champagne Street, Covington, Louisiana 70434 (S38-T6S-R11E). All prices must include shipping and installation. Any required labor to install equipment must be included in the price of the equipment. Existing equipment will be disconnected and given to the owner. Both units need to be bolted & fastened to the concrete floor. There are no drawing for this RFP, no special permits required and no special barricades or temporary protection required.

Coroner Parking Lot Expansion...…….Construct a concrete parking lot connected to the existing entrance drive. The new parking lot shall include 50 new parking spaces. This new area shall include new lighting and
landscaping to complement the existing site. This construction will also include surface and sub-surface drainage. Fill shall be obtained from the existing stockpile on site and from off-site location as
needed to construct to the elevations as shown on plans.
Hire a licensed Landscape Architect to provide Landscaping Plans and Specifications for the new drive and parking areas.

Concrete culverts shall be made according to the standards of ASTM C-76 (Bell & Spicket for round and ASTM C-506 for arch with rubber gasket or FWG joints. Pipes need to be on DOTD Materials List.
