Safe Haven HVAC Controls - Quad B ---------------Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to evaluate our current Building Automation System (BAS), utililizing ASI controls to extend BAS into Quad B Building at our Safe Haven Campus located at 23515 Hwy 190, Mandeville, LA 70470. Contractor must ensure all air handler units/HVAC system in Quad B Building are automated to the extent that currently exists within Quad A Building automated air handler units/HVAC system. There is a mandatory site visit and a representative will provide access to the BAS to evaluate current configurations at the BAS computer/server and all HVAC/air handler units/thermostats/VAVs as required throughout Quads A and B Buildings. Contractor is required to complete the work within 90 days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the managing department.
