Contractor is to evaluate a section of existing aluminum gutters that have already been installed on a Quad A Building.
Contract is to provide a cost estimate to remove any existing copper gutters on Quads A, B, C and G buildings and install new aluminum gutters on Quads A, B, C and G buildings that are the same or nearly match existing installed aluminum gutters in color and material.
A site visit is required and a representative will provide access to existing gutter to evaluate all roof areas of Quads A, B, C and G.
