Tammany Trace Bridge #25-------------------------------------The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for the removal and replacement of an existing bridge structure, earthwork, and road base. The Contractor shall also perform the relocation of an existing drainage ditch, installation of concrete and asphalt paving, as well as the fabrication and installation of pedestrian handrail, installation of concrete bridge foundations, and installation of a prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, as required, per the construction drawings and specifications.

Tammany Trace Bridge #14 ---- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the removal and replacement of the asphalt path as well as the demolition of an existing timber bridge, concrete approach slabs, and steel guard rails. Additionally, the Contractor shall install a new pedestrian bridge and associated pile-supported concrete abutments, as required, per the construction drawings and specifications.
The Parish reserves the right to add, remove, or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.
The time period for completion of work is two hundred and forty (240) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Striping------------------------------------------------------------Bidders must submit a bid to install Thermoplastic and traffic paint striping, legends, symbols, and raised markings.
Plastic Pavement marking placement shall be in accordance with section 732 of LADOTD Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. This work shall be in compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Controls Devices (MUTCD). Plastic pavement markings include stripes, gore markings, lines, legends, and symbols.

Road Materials---------------------------------------------------Price per ton, scale ticket required, FOB Parish Trucks, pit site, for surface course aggregates, sand clay gravel, sands, pea gravel, road gravel clay, and fill dirt (road gravel: deleterious material not allowed, i.e. sticks, clay balls, etc.) (sand: A-4 Select) as may be required from time to time in the maintenance and construction of Parish roads within the Parish of St. Tammany.
