Facilities - Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – Traffic Maintenance Facility Phase 3 project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
This project involves renovation of the sign shop, fabrication, and storage spaces. Work includes walls to be removed, added, and adjusted as designed in order to repurpose certain areas. New furniture and storage shelving will be provided. Additionally, removal of the existing HVAC unit that is currently mounted on the roof, as well as removal and/or modification of HVAC duct work and controls. Minor electrical work will be necessary to support renovations and HVAC work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the IFB; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum.

RFQ007989, 530282-912018 Resurfacing-2018 Project 1
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at 1:00 pm local time, for construction services for RESURFACING – 2018 PROJECT 1. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
This contract repairs and resurfaces 83 city streets and constructs 396 - ADA curb ramps along those streets. The work consists of milling the existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, minor curb replacement, and replacing curb and sidewalk associated with installing ADA wheelchair ramps. Where warranted, the plans also call for areas of full depth pavement repair, and other such work as specified in the bid documents.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 10:00 AM local time at 1800 East 17th Avenue, Large Conference Room.

Smart City Challenge Vulcan Charging and Decarbonization FRA Smart Electric Vehicle Infrastructure project PID 105946
This project includes: the installation of sixty (60) electric vehicle charging stations,new feeder, transformer and electric panel at 141 North Front Street; Installation of sixteen (16) electric vehicle charging stations, new feeder, transformer and electric panel at 1355 McKinley Avenue and Installation of twenty (20) electric vehicle charging states, a new utility transformer, a electric panel and feeders at 3639 Parsons Avenue.
