This project involves upgrading Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) bus stops in the Columbus Downtown Business District (DBD) at locations where concrete bus pads do not exist (31 locations). Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and City of Columbus are partnering on this project to complete the stated work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Only pre-qualified prime contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project.
